Master vote grid — the full 32-item table organized by category. Each elder’s vote is shown as a colored checkmark (green), X (red), or dash (gray). The final three columns tally the counts and a “Verdict” badge tells elders instantly whether the item is going into the template. Items where elders left notes are flagged with an orange “note” pill.
Elder profiles — a card for each elder showing their full 32-item response in a compact list. Excluded items appear as strikethrough text, no-selection items are italicized, and a color bar at the top of each card gives a visual fingerprint of how that elder leaned overall.
Elder agreement — every pair of elders scored on how many of the 32 items they voted identically. This surfaces natural alignment and tension in the room at a glance (e.g., two elders who agree on only 25 of 32 items have meaningful divergence worth talking through).
Points of divergence — only the items where the vote wasn’t unanimous, ranked by how many dissenting votes they drew. This is the most useful tab for running the actual meeting — elders can work down the list and resolve the items with the most disagreement first.
Discussion Points
Item 10 (Member Voting Rights) is the only item landing in the “Discuss” category — 2 Include, 1 Do Not Include, 2 No Selection. It’s the one genuinely unresolved question, and Jared explicitly noted it’s “connected to #9” (Membership Qualifications), so those two may need to be resolved together.
Item 4 (Church Covenant) is the most divided clear-verdict item — 3 voted Do Not Include, 2 voted Include, so it’s slated for exclusion, but Randy and Jared both voted to include it. Worth a brief conversation.
